Thank you for shopping at Cotton Ginny. Since 1979 we have been building customer relationships. We are committed to providing lifestyle, casual clothing that goes beyond weekend wear. We believe that you do not have to trade style for comfort. We are committed to continually improving our services to you by offering the highest quality products and services available. Every item on our website is guaranteed. If something is "not quite" we want to make it right. At Cotton Ginny, we do what it takes to make sure you're 100% satisfied.
To exchange an item, please ship it back to us via insured mail or UPS. We will pay the freight back to you on the exchange. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
To return an item, send it to us via insured mail or UPS. We will gladly refund the cost of the item. Please fill out the return information on the packing slip and include it in your package. Retail purchases should be returned to the store of original purchase; this address is for products purchased from our website only.
Cotton Ginny will exchange or refund any merchandise that is returned within 30 Days of purchase when the merchandise is accompanied by an original receipt, and returned in its original condition. Merchandise returned without an original receipt will be valued at the current selling price for an exchange or store credit (gift card). All intimate wear purchases are final sale.
Price adjustments will be honoured for a one-time adjustment within 7 days of purchase on regular priced merchandise, when accompanied by an original receipt.

How do I make an online purchase?
- Click on the category of your choice. Click on the small picture of the product, this contains all the details about your choice of product.
- Select the appropriate size, colour and quantity and then click “Add to Basket”
- You can then add more items to your list or go to the Checkout.
- When you are ready to go to the Checkout you will need all of your relevant details including: Name, Address, Telephone number etc. and your payment details. We accept Major Credit Cards.

Our clothing is designed at our head office in Mississauga. We source our production globally, with the majority of goods being manufactured in India and China.
